Blockix

This month I want to show another plastic bubblegum figure from the Asterix series.

Yeah I know what you all think.... Again a Asterix figure... Sorry!!

The fun part on this guy is in my opinion his pants with block pattern.

I guess this is another English friend of Asterix and Obelix.

The colors are not based on the comic, but free choice this time.

If he is in one of the comics, just let me know what his real name is.

For now I just call him Blockix!

This was his original color... Green!

Another Roman Guard

Yes I know what you think... Pffff another Romain solder...

But making an Asterix scene I need to have more, sorry.

As you can see by his looks, he already knows the Gauls.

I have painted him in the wellknown colors like the others.

So he must be reconisable as a Romain.

This is also from the gummy series from the 70ths.

Well going to make a new one for next month!

Angélix

This is the lovely Angélix.

A woman with a golden heart, and always busy.

The first time I saw her, she was red.

But to see how lovely she realy is I painted her...

and it was a fun job, realy love this woman!

I don't know from what Asterix album she realy is,

so I just gave her the colors from my fantasy....

Let's hope you all like her like I do!

Fulliautomatix

Also this series got his own Fulliautomatix.

The well known blacksmith from the Asterix vilage.

It looks like he's squeezes the hammer with his bare hand!

This strong guy love to work with iron and fire

and in between have a little fight with the fish seller

Again a figure from the old chewinggum series of the 70th.

I must say with a little paint he looks better!

Happy Mamma

This woman must be a happy mamma

Also a figure from the chewing gum series of the '70

like the others here on my blog.

I hope you like her...

Even without color she is so happy...

Ooohh René

This month something in the 20mm scale.

Of course you recognize these characters from the British serie 'Allo 'Allo.

This is René, the famous owner of Cafe René.

The man loved by every woman, and even by a German lieutenant..

And his "stuu-pid woman" Madam Edith

who does come in when René is holding one of his waitresses.

The sexy Yvette, famous of "Ohh René 'old me in you'r 'arms"

she is planning to marry René after the war.

Of course small Mimi, who does fancy René as well

and wants to kill the Germans by her self.

The figures are metal and from sgts-mess

I had these as a birthdaygift from my son, he knows how I like this series.

In some countries this BBC series is unknown, but when you look at youtube

I am sure you like it as well, typical British humor!

You will find more info about the tv-series 'Allo'Allo here

I hope you like them like I do..

and no I am not planning to make the cafe René now

because of the many projects I am working on!

But I got more figures from this series, so one day I will!

Roman Guard

As we all know, many of the Roman guards are not so bright.

And looking at this one, we all know he is going to fly soon.

Only his shoes remain on the ground after meeting Obelix...

Again a figure from the chewinggum series,

and so much fun to paint!

For me the small tooth detail realy did it!

I did use the colors from the comic book.

Like he must be painted in my opinion.

This is the guy before paining...

I hope you like him as much as I do....

Small Slave

And another small figure from the Asterix series

got a bit of color this time...

I believe he is from the Cleopatra album.

Again a figure from the chewinggum '70 series

Rocking Santa

Ho, Ho, Ho...

This christmas charachter I have to show!!

A cool figure from schilling-figuren and like last year

with a bit of fun add to it.

This is a metal figure in scale 1/72

and the best way to say merry X-Mas to you all!!

Big Slave

To get a smile on the slaves tracker his face I got a first slave this month...

But he must use his whip, because this guy is BIG!!

Like the others this is also a chewinggum figure

who got som (fantasy) colors from me

Look at those muscles

I guess he will get some havy work to handle

No powerdrink for this guy...
